ASD Demos

We have an extensive list of demos performing a wide variety of tasks from editing and creating  ASD grammars (ASDEditor) to the evaluation of arithmetic expressions as well as tools to assess the correctness and evaluate the performance of an ASDParser instance while it parses various kinds of English noun phrase structures such as  quantity noun phrases.

ASDs can be used as Decision Networks, for co-reference resolution in the CardWorld demo example, where the nodes represent values for decision variables.   Nodes on a path from an initial node to a final node are conjoined (AND), and the presence of more than one outgoing edge represents a disjunction (OR).

Java Web Start

Browsers can be configured to accept the MIME type to be able to launch a Java Web Start application on a "click".  If your browser does not recognize the jnlp file extension then you may have to set it manually  as "application/x-java-jnlp-file".  Javascript and Java must be enabled globally.

JNLP (Java Network Launch Protocol) is an XML-based protocol that is used to deploy Java and JavaFX applications on the Internet within a compatible browser or on the desktop. The MIME type is called application/x-java-jnlp-file and will map to files with  jnlp as their extension.
